In 2019, he started his 4th advertising technology company called RedLotus.

Gurbaksh Chahal is a successful serial entrepreneur in the advertising industry. He has successfully built and sold 3 advertising technology (ad-tech) businesses over the last 20 years.

His first technology business in the marketing industry was ClickAgents. It was acquired by Nasdaq-listed ValueClick in 2000. Click Agents is an advertising network focused on performance-based advertising.

He then founded Blue Lithium, which was bought by Yahoo for USD300m in 2007. BlueLithium is an advertising network focused on serving ads based on behavioural targeting of its users.

Chahal’s most recent venture was Radium One, a data-driven marketing platform that he founded in 2009. It was acquired by RhythmOne in 2017.

RedLotus is a patented A.I. data platform that helps brands and enterprises automate their businesses with rapid pattern identification. It helps brands identify the customer hero moment in real time, while the customer is making a decision not after the decision has been made.
